Erguvan has 5 double bedrooms each with its own en suite. The two bedrooms downstairs with private terraces are ideal for those requiring disabled access. Every room has air conditioning for your comfort in the summer months, and central heating for the winter months. The main living room has a wood burning stove to create cosy warmth for the increasingly popular extended season holidays. The kitchen and dining area are very well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher so 10 people can holiday in comfort and enjoy a relaxing break from their busy lives.
The concept of Erguvan is to provide privacy with pleasure. The central hub contains the living room equipped with a large flat screen TV and dvd player which leads to an elegant curved marble staircase that takes you to the upper wings with bedrooms and balconies.
All flooring is in Travertine marble which extends out to the pool area creating a sense of light and space to compliment the environment for a relaxing holiday.
Outside in the tranquil garden you have a large private swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. For outdoor cooking you have a BBQ, sink, and workspace. The poolside also has an outdoor shower and toilet facilities to save you going indoors, and to make your holiday even more chilled you have an outside bar area complete with fridge, for those essential cold refreshing drinks.
Also in the garden there is a typical Turkish Kurch so you can laze away on soft furnishings under the shade listening to the birdsong and feeling the gentle breeze that flows across the delta.
The villa design ensures each bedroom is separate with its own terrace or balcony. Each wing of the house is joined by a larger upstairs balcony to enable the occupants to select sunshine or shade what ever the holiday heart desires. At the end of the day when the last of the suns rays create a golden backdrop behind the distant mountains, why not join your friends on one of the upstairs balconies for a pre dinner drink. Slowly as the light fades across the sky, the floodlit tombs become the dominant feature for your visual pleasure.
