1. Will there be any cost charged rather than total price?

No. The total price you see consists of the rental fee for the searched period, electricity, gas and water costs occuring while your stay, final cleaning, weekly clean sheets and hand towels.

You will only pay a 200,- € or corresponding TL deposit while arriving to house where you will be paid the whole amount back at your departure if there is no big harm done to the house.

2. What does the house capacity refer to?

This number states the maximum person that can stay in that house. In some houses there are available accomodation for 1-2 person to sleep in living room where this additional sleep availabilities are included to this capacity number.

3. Does it also include electronical devices when the house is stated as fully furnished?

Yes, all our houses are fully furnished. All the houses have refrigerator, the rest of the electronical devices are listed in the house's information page. As addition all houses have sufficient kitchen equipments to cook and eat for capacity number of person.

4. Does houses have bed sheets and towels?

Yes our houses have clean sheets and hand towels, one pair of each pro week pro person. There are no bathing towel and beach towels in the houses.

5. In what hours can we arrive and depart from the house?

Arrival hour to our houses is 16:00 and the departure hour is 12:00.

For example, when in a booking starting on 1st of June for 7 days the guest can get into the house after 16:00, 01.07. The guest should left the house till 12:00, 08.07.

If there are no departure on the arrival day of your holiday or there are no new arrivals on the departure day then there MIGHT be some arragements done for the time of arrival and departure with the knowledge of the house owner.

6. How will I proceed with a booking??

If there are more than 30 days before your arrival date, you pay the 25% of the rental fee as booking reservation price via money transfer (EFT). With this payment we send you a booking confirmation sheet and a payment sheet about your payment. The rest of the payment (75% of the rental fee) should be paid 30 days before the arrival date. After that we send you the voucher and the rest details about your house.

If there are NOT more than 30 days before your arrival date, you have to pay the whole rental fee at once via money transfer (EFT)

The prices given below are the weekly rates for each house. The rates include the utilities (electricity, water ysage, and the butane gas tank) and the clean sheet sets which are changed weekly. Please remember to bring your own towels along (If any different service is given for the sheet sets and the towels, it is mentioned in the related house information section(s). The currency used for the prices is Turkish Lira.

Our houses are located in the most favourite sites in Turkey. They are in good and calm condition and mostly close to the beach.

Maximum number of people can stay at each villas are mentioned in House Information section for each house.
The number of people can not exceed the number of people the reservation is made. The children two years of age or younger are not included in these numbers mentioned above. A children bed can be requested for the children older than 2 for a small fee. In such cases they will noy be counted as one person, otherwise they will occupy a separate bed and will be counted as one person.

Our houses are planned for your holiday needs.
There will be a living room, bedroom(s), holiday kitchen, and washroom(s) to serve the max capacity listed for the house as all furnished. The garden and the balconies also have seating sets. All the houses provide cold and hot water in general.

The house information pages have several photographs of the houses.
If similar type of houses are introduced, only one of the houses may have the photograph sets.

On your arrivals a deposit of 200.00 ?or equivalent amount in Turkish Liras to compensate any possible damage made to the house and its furnishings. This deposit will be reimbursed if no damage is made.
However, the reibursement does not mean the the house owner may not request any further payment for the damages not noticed during the reimbursement.

The max people can stay in the houses are mentioned at House Information pages. However in some cases, one or two beds can be added. This addition must be approved by SUNUCU. In such cases, portable bed(s) will be used mostly and each bed will be charged as 15% of the regular rate.

There may be a need for heating utility at the beginning or at the end of the holiday season. The heating expenses will be paid by the client at the site.

SUNUCU provides arrival or departures any time of the day during the week - 7/24.
If the arrivals or departures are made off hours (19:00-9:00) a nightly fee of 15.00 ?or its equivalent in Turkish Liras is charged. If the transfer to/from the site is to be made by us, there will be no additional nightly fee for the transfer. However, the transfer time should be given to us in advance.

House Information pages will give information if the pets are allowed or not.
If any damage made to the house by the visitor's pets, SUNUCU may ask the damage to be paid.

"The Beach" and "The sea" are mentioned for all seaside in general. The beaches in Turkey are open to the public use in most cases without any charge. However, the public beaches may be maintained as well as the private beaches.

The data given for the distances and the sites may not be exact figures. They are given according to the best estimations and for information only.

An Identification Card (birth certificate) will be enough for the visitors from European Union. No additional visa is required. All detailed info on such issues can be obtained from the Turkish Embassies or the Consulates at your own country.

Most of the markets and/or restaurants may open for the summer season only. They are usually open until midnight in most cases. However their openeing and closing times are not in our control and may vary from one to another.

We suggest you handle your travel insurance before travelling in your country.

MEA VILLA EMLAK TURIZM ve TICARET LTD. STI. Located at "Inönü Caddesi No:320 Kent Apt. Daire:21, 35280 Hatay - IZMIR", which will be referenced as SUNUCU from now on and the person purchasing or making travelling reservation(s) in internet, which will be referenced as Client from now on, have agreed and signed this agreement electronically.

1. If the agreement is made 30 days before or earlier than the Travel Date:

1. Client has to make the deposit of the 25% of the total expenses to get the reservation approved and the travel agreement start to Mea Villa within 3 days.
2. The 3 days perios mentioned at article 1a covers the 3 days period after the reservation request.
3. The remainder of the total expenses (75% of the total) must be sent to SUNUCU 30 days before the Travel Date. Otherwise Mea Villa has the right to cancel the reservation, market the house again for the same period and not to reimburse the deposit made.
4. Travelling documents needed will not be given until after all payments are made.

2. If the agreement is made within 30 days of Travel Date:

1. Client has to make full payment of the total expenses to get the reservation approved and the agreement to start to SUNUCU within 3 days.
2. The 3 days perios mentioned at article 2a covers the 3 days period after the reservation request.
3. If the total payment is not made, SUNUCU has the right to cancel the reservation and market the house again for the same period.

1. The services to be provided by SUNUCU cover the information at website and the information at reservation approval.
   
2. Additional agreements and changes must be approved by SUNUCU.
   
3. SUNUCU, will inform Client on important changes to the services to be provided for travelling.
   
4. If a cancellation is to be made SUNUCU will inform Client immediately.
   
5. The serviced obtained from other companies for the house are not included within SUNUCU services.

1. If the reservation becomes very difficult, in danger, or can not be fulfilled fully because of some unforseen reasons like natural disasters, strikes, or supply shortages, SUNUCU may cancel the reservation itself.
2. In such cases, Client will be reimbursed for the full amount paid. SUNUCU is responsible for the reimbursement only.

SUNUCU has to inform Client immediately for any price increase because of unforeseen reasons like oil price, tax, exchange rate, pricelist changes by other sources than SUNUCU. Client has the right to cancel the reservation if the price increase exceeds 5% of the total amount. Client has to use this right within one day. SUNUCU may make such price changes until 20 days before the Travel date.

1. Client may cancel the travel before it starts. The cancellation must be done in writing to SUNUCU.
2. SUNUCU may charge Client for the expenses made according to the time the cancellation made as follows:

1. 25% of the total amount if the cancellation is made 30 days before or earlier than Travel Date,
2. 50% of the total amount if the cancellation is made between 29th to 23rd days of Travel Date,
3. 75% of the total amount if the cancellation is made between 22nd to 16th days of Travel Date,
4. 100% of the total amont if the cancellation is made 15 days before or later than Travel Date.

We suggest you get insurance for the cancellation of the travel as well as other travel arrangements.

1. SUNUCU will not be responsible for the services given by the third parties like utilities and the problems with the personal belongings of Client's.
2. SUNUCU will not be responsible for the problems caused by software andor calculation mistakes.

Client is responsible for the damages caused by Client and/or the accompanying person(s).

1. Client may collaborate with SUNUCU or other official authorities for the problems in services, to prevent such problems, and try to eliminate them as much as possible. If these problem arise because of Client, they can not demand anything.
2. Client and accompanying person(s) may relay their demands to SUNUCU for the services provided.

1. SUNUCU will redirect Client to the related authorities for passport, visa, and health issues.
2. Client may obtain detailed information on these issues from the Turkish Embassies or Consulates as well.
3. Client and company is responsible to obey the regulations for travelling.

1. Client accepts to use the house and its furnishings carefully.
2. Deposits, arrival and departure issues, additional beds, and Cribs/Cradles are in 'General Information' section and these conditions are unseparabable part of Travel Conditions
3. SUNUCU keeps the right to change the prices of the houses as underlined in this document.

The invalidity of an article of the Travel Conditions does not invalidate the other articles and the document itself.

In case of any disagreement, the courts of justice is the authority to solve the disagreement.
